Strategy, Distribution & Product Vision

David brings a rare blend of high-level distribution experience and frontline production insight. As a former FMO executive, he worked directly with some of the top financial advisors in the country—helping scale annuity production, optimize sales systems, and drive advisor performance at a national level.

He has been featured in multiple national media outlets and has spent years studying what actually moves the needle in retirement planning: closing efficiency, case size growth, and client clarity.

In 2023, David co-founded Northern Lakes Insurance & Wealth, a virtual Medicare and life planning practice built to operate efficiently at scale through digital infrastructure and system-driven processes.

At RetireWise Pro, he leads product architecture and go-to-market strategy, translating real-world advisor bottlenecks into scalable software solutions.

Kaylee Wright

Operations, Client Experience & Systems Design

Kaylee's background sits at the intersection of advisor operations, client experience, and planning execution. She began her career working inside one of the top advisory offices in the country, gaining firsthand exposure to high-performance workflows and client servicing at scale.

She later transitioned into a paraplanner role within virtual planning environments, specializing in federal benefits and retirement planning—where she saw the growing disconnect between complex planning tools and real client understanding.

In 2023, she co-founded Northern Lakes Insurance & Wealth, a virtual Medicare and life planning practice, helping build a modern, system-driven operation focused on efficiency and clarity for clients.

At RetireWise Pro, Kaylee leads workflow design, usability, and client-facing outputs—ensuring the platform is not only powerful, but intuitive for both advisors and the families they serve.
